Returns

Second-hand sealed products can be returned within 14 days if the original seal is intact.

Opened sealed products and singles removed from their protective holder are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is counterfeit or materially different from its description, we provide a full refund.

Transport damage must be reported within 7 days with photos or an unboxing video.
